The simulation game enables a player to become a rookie artist and gradually grow to be a star, by communicating with character Kim Soo-hyun, shooting photos, appearing on programs and starring in films in the virtual game world.

It will also entertain users by allowing them to enjoy celebrities’ lives, sporting stylish outfits and having romance with Kim Soo-hyun, the agency said.

The content is provided by Kim’s agency KeaEast and the game was jointly developed by its subsidiary ContentN and China’s leading mobile game firm Chukong. Shopping mall PandaKorea has been involved in investment and marketing.

Chukong is a developer of Cocos2d-x engine, which accounts for 70 percent in the Chinese game engine market and also a maker of “Fishing Joy,” the nation’s most popular game, garnering more than 100 million Chinese users a day.

Kim’s game is set to be launched on Friday in the Android and iOS versions in Chinese language first, and will later be available across Asia.
