BTS member Rap Monster is mulling taking part in MBC’s Music Festival according to his agency, Big Hit Entertainment, Thursday.

An official from the agency was quoted as saying, “Rap Monster is currently waiting for test results from the hospital. Though he doesn‘t have external injuries, he went through a medical examination, just in case.”

It added, “As of yet, we haven’t decided whether he will join the festival. However, for the rehearsal, the rest of six members will go on stage.”

Due to the consecutive health problems of members, fans’ concerns have increased. Recently, a BTS concert in Japan was canceled as members Suga and V were sent to a nearby hospital for dizziness.

BTS, having debuted in 2013, has been gaining traction, even having a strong fan base beyond Korea. It released “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 1” and “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 2” this year, actively standing out from the saturated K-pop boy band industry.

The MBC Music Festival will be held at MBC Dream Center in Ilsan on Thursday at 8:55 p.m.
