Drama flick “Pure Love,” starring actor-singer Do Kyung-soo, better known as D.O. of EXO, and actress Kim So-hyun, will open in theaters in February.

“Pure Love,” directed by Lee Eun-hee, is a story of friendship growing into first love between Beom-sil, played by Do, and Soo-ok, played by Kim, against the backdrop of a rural seaside area. The film starts with someone sharing a letter from 23 years ago, taking viewers back and forth between past and present.

Rookies Yeon Jun-seok, David Lee, Joo Da-young will also star in the film, alongside established actors Park Yong-woo, Lee Beom-soo and Kim Ji-ho.
