Idol star Yook Sung-jae, who played the lead character in the recently concluded Korean TV drama “The Village,” said he was sorry to worry fans over his sudden illness, Tuesday.

“If I were an iron man, I would visit each one of you and sing you songs to cheer you up ... I’m sorry I’m worrying you,” Yook said in addressing his K-pop group BTOB’s fan club, Melody, through a caption of a tired-looking selfie on Instagram.

Touched fans reciprocated well-wishing messages for his quick recovery.

Yook is currently coupled with SNSD’s sister K-pop group Red Velvet’s Joy in a faux marriage in “We Got Married.”
