Top director Na Young-seok’s new variety show “Youth Over Flowers” is set to hit the air Jan.1 next year with a new lineup of hosts.

The new program will feature the travel stories of hotshot actors Jo Jung-suk, Jung Woo, Jung Sang-hoon and Kang Ha-neul, who recently flew to Iceland. Kang Ha-neul, whose performance in megahit soap “Misaeng” brought his fame, belatedly joined the trip due to his schedule for a film award.

Earlier, director Na said, “We initially planned to feature Kang Ha-neul, but he had to give up due to his schedule for the Blue Dragon Awards.”

“But, when we asked him right after the event, he gladly agreed with it,” Na added.

The new variety show came under the media spotlight even before the show began as most of Na‘s previous shows -- “2 Days & 1 Night,” “Grandpas Over Flowers” and “Three Meals a Day” -- were well received by viewers.
