Big Bang: YouTube’s most viewed K-pop music video

K-pop boy group Big Bang topped the list of the most watched K-pop music video by global users, according to video-sharing website YouTube on Monday.

Big Bang’s “Bang Bang Bang” and “Loser,” which were released in August, were ranked first and second respectively. Other tracks “Bae Bae (4th),” “Let’s not fall in love (6th)” and “Sober (9th)” also joined the top 10, demonstrating the group’s global popularity.

The quintet was followed by girl group EXO, whose track “Call me baby,” which hit more than 60 million views and “Love me right” were ranked third and tenth, respectively.

Other music videos in the top 10 list includes Girls’ Generation’s “Party (5th)” and 4Minute’s “Crazy (7th)” and Miss A’s “Only You (8th).”

Big Bang also topped the list of K-pop singers, whose YouTube channel subscribers have grown fastest from Nov. 23 last year to Nov. 24 this year, followed by SM Town and 1theK. In the top 20 list, as many as 16 channels have more foreign subscribers than locals.
