First-generation boy band g.o.d popped up on V in a broadcast titled “Reply 1999” -- a reference to the year in which the group debuted -- where the five members sang revamped versions of some of their oldest hits, including “One Candle” and “Again,” in an hourlong show.

“We’re practicing for our concerts,” said member Son Ho-young, referring to the band’s upcoming shows, set to take place Dec. 16-20 at Seoul’s Olympic Stadium.

During the broadcast, lead vocalist and youngest member Kim Tae-woo showed off his hoodie and parka, both of which bore the g.o.d logo.

The group also asked fans to go and see “A Dramatic Night,” a new movie slated for local release today, in which group member Yoon Kye-sang is starring as the male lead.

The five members went on to answer fan questions and grant requests uploaded onto the V comment section in realtime. Be sure to check out g.o.d’s clip to enjoy the group’s live performance and banter.
