Go Joon-hee is grateful for ‘She Was Pretty’ role

Actress Go Joon-hee, who starred in popular rom-com drama “She Was Pretty,” said in the beginning she was worried before taking her role, but now, she is very grateful.

In the TV drama, Go played Min Ha-ri, the beautiful, stylish friend and roommate of protagonist Kim Hye-jin (Hwang Jung-eum), who falls in love with Hye-jin’s first love Ji Sung-joon (Park Seo-joon).

“When I decided to take the role of Ha-ri, I was worried and had lot of things in mind,” she said through her agency J-Wide Company on Thursday. “But as time went by, Jung-eum unni (older sister or female friend) and I worked in good harmony and I was able to act with excitement. Thank you so much (to the viewers) for your love and now, I finally have to say goodbye to Ha-ri.”

She also thanked the director, production crew and her costars. “I was very happy during the shooting. I am so grateful to finish it well.”

The 16-episode series “She Was Pretty,” also starring Park Seo-joon, Hwang Jung-eum and Choi Si-won, had its grand finale Wednesday.
