Woolim Entertainment’s girl group Lovelyz turned on the V app to mark their first anniversary party. The group debuted in 2014 with “Candy Jelly Love” and recently promoted their song “Ah Choo.” They used the occasion as a chance for them to thank their fans for their support.

To show their gratitude, the members not only gave had singing performances ready for their fans but also two surprises: One, the official name for the group’s fans, and two, an announcement about their first official fan meeting.

After teasing their fans a bit, Lovelyz announced that their official fandom would be named Lovelinus, a “shortened name for Lovelyz In Us.”

Some fans from abroad commented that they liked the name, and said that many fans had been using it already. Lovelyz’ first fan meeting will be held Dec. 5 at AX-Korea.

Lovelyz’ first anniversary party V episode collected over 2.1 million hearts.

Teen Top’s Niel and C.A.P came on V for an “emergency Angel meeting” on V, which they said was for an idea meeting for their fan meeting … but ended up being a session of the boys fooling around and chatting with fans.

First, they gave fans an update about what they had been up to -- that day, they had finished a photo shoot for their fan meeting poster.
“It was fun, and easy,” said a cool C.A.P.

The two members also sang and danced for their fans, and prepared some sticky rice cakes and chocolate-dipped biscuit sticks for their fans. The rice cakes were for high school seniors taking the college exams (it is customary in Korea to give test-takers sticky rice cakes for good luck), while the biscuits were to celebrate Nov. 11 (11/11) by giving gifts shaped like the number 1.

There was a lot more happening on V app on Wednesday. The older “unni” line of girl group DIA prepared packed lunches for the younger members who were headed off to take the college exams. “We picked ingredients that were good for brain function,” said member Eunice.

The boys of B.A.P made a surprise appearance wearing masks shaped like their mascot Matoki, while R&B crooner Kim Jo Han gave a live mini-concert. April aired Ep. 13 of their reality show “Here Goes April,” where the girls headed to Gangwon Province for a scary bungee jump.
Girl group Twice visited another classroom, while Jun Jin also turned up the app to check in with his fans.
