Actor Yeo Jin-goo received an acceptance letter from Chung-Ang University’s School of Performing Arts and Media on Oct. 30, according to a local news report Wednesday.

Yeo’s agency said Yeo had been accepted earlier but decided not to announce it until the college scholastic ability test period was over, but the news came out earlier than expected.

As he was accepted by early decision, Yeo will not have to take the college entrance exam.

Chung-Ang University is one of Korea’s most prestigious universities with a particular emphasis in performing arts and media, educating many excellent actors including Ko So-young, Ha Jung-woo, Hyun Bin and Park Shin-hye.
