With the advent of fall and the glow of autumn leaves, many visit dermatologists for their dry, flaky skin. Celebs also pay extra attention to their skin this time of year. Here’s a roundup of stars’ skin care secrets, so you can try out some of their beauty tips to maintain the healthy glow on your face.


1. Park Shin-hye

Park Shin-hye, a fresh-faced actress known for her flawless skin and bright complexion, said she keeps her skin moist by slathering moisturizer on her face every day, while drinking at least 2 liters of water to add extra moisture to her skin and body. She also added that she exercises on a regular basis to boost her metabolism.

2. EXID’s Hani

EXID member Hani said she “never turns on a heater no matter how cold it is” to keep her skin from wilting and drying out. She also uses a special combination of a mix of toner, three different ampoules and facial oil.

3. Hwang Jung-eum

Hwang Jung-eum, who is currently starring in hit TV drama “She Was Pretty,” recommended to thoroughly cleanse the skin. She also advised using oil-based serums and mask packs and consuming a substantial amount of fruits and vegetables to maintain hydrated skin.

Hallyu star Ha Ji-won said she would recommend a jelly mask pack, which she believes lifts and fixes her face, saying the jelly in the mask seems to make a water bag inside her skin.

Miss A member Suzy is also known for her healthy skin. The star said she has a special “4-2-4 cleansing” rule, through which she massages her skin with cleansing oil for four minutes and with a foaming cleanser for two minutes. Then, she rinses off the makeup residue with lukewarm water for four minutes.
