YG Entertainment denied rumors of 2NE1‘s CL being in a romantic relationship with WINNER’s Song Min-ho, Wednesday.

Earlier in the day, a local news outlet reported the two celebrities may be dating.

The news outlet also revealed photos of the two at the same hotel in the Philippines, both wearing an accessory with a similar design, which went viral on social media.

“The rumor between them is totally not true,” said an official from the agency soon after, denying the report. “WINNER had been a special guest in 2NE1’s world concert tour last year. It seems that people synthesized some photos which were taken at the after party, to make them appear to be dating.”
