Actor Jung Il-woo signed a management contract with China’s Yuehua Entertainment to continue his active promotions in China.

“We signed a contract with hallyu star Jung, who is enjoying popularity in China, and will be part of his entertainment career here,” Yuehua Entertainment said on Monday.

Yuehua will only be in charge of Jung’s promotions in China, while Star K Entertainment will continue his management in Korea.

Yuehua, established in June 2009, is a prominent entertainment company in China that operates film and drama production, album production and artist management and training. The company houses famous artists such as singer-songwriter Zhou Bichang, singer-actor Han Geng, former member of Super Junior, and singer Alan Dawa Dolma.

Meanwhile, Jung recently finished shooting for the new Korean-Chinese Web drama “High-end Crush,” jointly produced by China’s Sohu Inc. and Korea’s Kim Jonghak Production.
