Nine Muses’ Gyeongri is planning to file a lawsuit against a college student who used her photo illegally to make a raunchy college poster.

Her agency, Star Empire, said Monday that it has filed suit against the student for violating a telecom-related regulation.

"We’ve decided to take stern actions on any acts concerned with defamation and malicious rumors or comments online,” Star Empire said in a statement.

On Sept. 23, a poster promoting the Kunsan National University’s fall festival spread online. The controversial poster featured Gyeongri photoshopped in a skimpy outfit with lewd comments intended to attract the attention of students.
