The forthcoming KBS TV drama, “Sassy, Go Go” is expected to introduce new stars given that popular school dramas often become a gateway to overnight stardom.

Actors Lee Jong-suk and Kim Woo-bin, now one stars, also became famous after their appearance in school drama, “School 2013.”

Miss A Suzy and singer-song writer IU also marked their successful debut as actors with the KBS school drama, “Dream High” in 2011, attaining lead roles on the small screen thereafter.

“Sassy, Go Go,” portraying the happenings centered around a cheerleading squad, the content that would most likely be brought up in a traditional school drama features a variety of new faces including actors Lee Won-keun, Cha Hak-yeon, Kang Min-ah, Ji-soo and Shin Jae-ha.

Actors Lee Won-keun and Ji-soo especially will play the role of high school boys with decent looks and perfectly fit bodies.

The drama is set to premiere on Monday at 10 p.m. on KBS.
