K-pop boy groups WINNER and iKON are set to go live on V on Friday with a summer vacation theme, according to Naver V, Thursday.

Each group revealed a short teaser video for their forthcoming broadcasts, raising expectations among fans worldwide.

In iKON’s video clip, the members jumped onto the screen, heralding their appearance on V screens Friday.

Lining up in a V formation, WINNER members kicked off the broadcast saying, “We’re going to offer you various contents through five live broadcasts throughout the day, featuring the members doing various activities, popular “meokbang” -- eating with a hearty appetite onscreen -- and more,” said Kang Seung-yoon, the leader of the quintet, asking fans to tune in for a glimpse into their daily lives.

As both groups have previously appeared on the app together with a short live show titled “Win-Win Game” and garnered popularity, the groups are drawing more attention and anticipation among fans.
