In the latest episode of “Oh My Ghostess” on Saturday, the main characters Bong-sun and Sun-woo went on a romantic date to Namsan tower in Seoul, only to end the night in tears and shocked disbelief.

Bong-sun, acted by Park Bo-young, is a timid sous chef who breaks out of her bubble thanks to the outspoken and expressive ghost Soon-ae who possesses her and warms up with the strict master chef Sunwoo.

But the virgin ghost has now left her, and Sun-woo’s caring remarks about their shared memories only remind Bong-sun that his love is for Soon-ae and not for her.

Upon Sun-woo’s heartfelt declaration of love on their Namsan date, Bong-sun breaks down and confesses about Soon-ae, leaving Sun-woo in shock.

Meanwhile, Soon-ae has given up on her plan to use Sun-woo’s affection in resolving her unfulfilled wish as a virgin ghost.

She will instead accept the aid of the helpful shaman to pass on to the next life.

She postponed the exorcism however, after witnessing her friend Bong-sun’s near-death car accident by a demon-possessed man.
