The members of Beast shared a cheerful and energetic side offstage in their first live-streaming broadcast on Naver’s V on Saturday.

In the video titled “Beast Special Backstage,” which went on-air at 4 p.m., Beast met global fans backstage of MBC’s weekly music ranking program “Show! Music Core” via the app in real-time.

Mentioning that they were a nominee for the No. 1 spot with their new song ”Gotta Go To Work,” Beast encouraged their fans to vote for them.

“Thankfully, Beast became a nominee with a song ‘Gotta Go to Work.’ Every vote is so valuable,” lead vocalist Yang Yo-seob said.

Lee Gi-kwang also said with a smile, “Your valuable vote is Beast‘s dream and hope.”

Only four of the group‘s six members -- Yoon Doo-joon, Lee Gi-kwang, Yang Yo-seob and Yong Jun-hyung -- participated in the broadcast.

Son Dong-woon, the youngest of the six, made a brief appreance, lying on the desk with a bean sprout-shaped doll. “Dong-woon has an acute allergy and enteritis,” the members said. Son covered his face with the doll and said, “After finishing a prerecorded video, I developed a serious allergy,” adding, “I am not sick but my face looks bad due to a rash. I will see you again when I recover.”

Reading real-time comments from global fans, Beast sang “Happy Birthday” to a fan. When another fan asked them to sing “On Rainy Days,” Yang did so without hesitation.

Beast recently released their eighth EP album “Ordinary” on July 28 and their title song “Yey” went straight to the top of the local music charts just a day after its release.

At 10 p.m. Bangtan Boys had a brief broadcast backstage ahead of their global tour “2015 BTS Live Trilogy Episode II. The Red Bullet” held at Bangkok’s Thunder Dome.

Introducing the concert, member V said, “When you come to our concert, you can play with us. There are a lot of emotional performances, too.”

Rap Monster also said, “We have a lot of energy. Apart from singing, we also have a rap performance. Our stage is like a gift set.”

“At the BTS’ concert, I’ll be there. So you should come,” Jimin said, making others laugh.

V and Jimin were spotted secretly preparing for a dance to show on the stage. When the camera captured them, “We will not show it now, but later. If you want to see it, come to Thailand,” they said.

As the performance drew near, they shouted “fighting!” to encourage each other.

When they took to the stage, the playfulness was replaced by charisma as they opened with a performance of “N.O.”

BTS finished their global tour “The Red Bullet” in Malaysia, Australia, the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Thailand. They are set to fly to Hong Kong later this month.

At 11:20 p.m., MFBTY -- hip-hop singers Tiger JK, Yoon Mi-rae and Bizzy -- made a surprise appearance on V after performing alongside local singer Seo Taiji at the Pentaport Rock Festival.

Tiger JK, who still looked excited, said, “I was so shaken. We should have been much cooler. We feel sorry (for Seo Taiji).”
