Four-member girl group Mamamoo on Sunday performed their hit single “Um Oh Ah Yeah” for the last time on stage in SBS music program “Inkigayo,“ wrapping up the six-week run for the hit song off its second EP “Pink Funky.”

Released June 19, “Um Oh Ah Yeah” consistently ranked high in the charts despite competition from more established girl groups such as Girls Generation, Sistar and AOA.

The song even topped the charts for about a week after its initial release.

Mamamoo, who debuted in early 2014, had been considered lacking unique characteristics to stand out from the already saturated girl group market.

Facebook contributed largely to the success of “Um Oh Ah Yeah,” where the track spread virally.

They finally caught the eyes of fans with “Um Oh Ah Yeah,” showing their true identity after a year passing from their debut.
