Four-member K-pop girl group Stellar said its sexy music video is just a strong expression of their unique identity, responding to the dispute that flared up over their revealing clothes onstage.

Stella attracted the media spotlight shortly after its latest single “Vibrato” was released on July 20, featuring red dresses with deep side slits.

The emphasis on the sexual image of the members came after the group’s two albums “Mask” and “Fool” generated only lackluster responses in the local music industry. In February last year, Stellar left a strong impression on fans with “Marionette,” a music video that stresses the members‘ sex appeal.
