Actress Park Bo-young, who is currently starring in tvN soap “Oh My Ghostess,” said she has “put everything down as an actress” giving up on her dainty image, at a press conference in Seoul on Wednesday.

In the cartoon-based drama, the actress plays Na Bong-sun, an assistant cook at Sun Restaurant, who gets possessed by a lustful virgin ghost named Shin Soon-ae and seduces her star chef boss Kang Sun-woo (Jo Jung-suk).

Park said it was challenging at first to act two characters -- shy and timid Na Bong-sun and the lewd ghost -- that are poles apart, but she now finds it interesting.

“I am delighted to work with people here (the costars and the staff),” said Park, showing off her great chemistry with other cast members.

The drama marked 5.4 percent rating for its latest episode and the next episode will be aired on Friday at 8:30 p.m.
