Billboard praises BTS’ New York debut

Rookie K-pop boy group BTS received praise from American music magazine Billboard in its K-town section on Monday.

Billboard complimented BTS’ freestyle performance in New York held on Thursday, saying, “BTS showed a more relaxing and freer side of themselves that made their New York City debut more memorable. Especially, their less-calculated performances showed how comfortable they are onstage with one another.”

BTS’ stylized choreography also a gave strong impression to foreign audiences, according to Billboard.

Their concert in the U.S. is set to last until the end of July and they will fly to Mexico next month to continue their world tour.
