Song Seung-heon, Uhm Jung-hwa ‘want to try each other’s lives’

Actor Song Seung-heon and actress Uhm Jung-hwa, costars of the upcoming movie “Wonderful Nightmare,” said Monday that they would like to try living as each other.

Speaking at a press conference for the movie, scheduled for release on Aug. 13, Song and Uhm said that if they were able to lead another person’s life for 100 days like in the movie, they would like to try their costar’s life.

In the movie, Uhm plays a high-flying lawyer who dies and then is sent back to live the life of Song’s wife as Uhm’s character is taken before her time.

Song’s character is an ordinary civil servant married to a homemaker.

“If I could live 100 days as another person like in the movie, I would want to live as Song Seung-heon. But I would live carelessly,” Uhm said.

The comment was reciprocated by Song, who also said that he would lead a carefree life as Uhm.

Song also said that his character in the movie is closer to real life than any other he has played so far, and that he and Uhm had good chemistry as an onscreen couple.

Regarding working with Song, the singer-actress said he was the most caring man she had ever met, recalling an episode when he warmed his hands before holding hers for a scene on a cold winter day.
