Actress Lee So-yeon has set her wedding date to Sept. 12, a local daily reported Thursday.

She had previously been reported to be planning her wedding for October.

Lee, who shot to fame through the period movie “Untold Scandal” in 2003, met her fiance through her sister earlier this year.

Since the initial report earlier this month, Lee’s agency has confirmed that the two families have met and approved of the match, and that Lee plans to continue her career after getting married.

Lee’s fiance is said to be two years her junior, and is currently studying in an MBA program at a university in Seoul while running his own IT-related business.
