Korean actor Song Seung-heon shared a photo with his “hero” and costar, Hollywood icon Bruce Willis, Wednesday.

Song and Willis have been cast as lead characters in a big-budget Chinese war film “Da Hong Zha (Great Explosion),” slated for release late next year.

The action film, set against the backdrop of World War II, is reportedly working under a hefty budget of 100 billion won ($90.5 million) -- far above the combined average of Willis’s five “Die Hard” movies.

“With my hero,” Song wrote in the Twitter caption.

Song plays a U.S.-dispatched fighter pilot, while Willis plays his military instructor. The supporting cast includes Chinese actors Liu Ye, Nicholas Tse and Huang Sheng Yi.

“Da Hong Zha” is Song’s first war action film and second Chinese film.
