Korean actress Park Min-young on Saturday shared a selfie dressed in traditional Chinese costume, from the set of upcoming Chinese period TV drama “Jin Yi Ye Xing (Braveness of the Ming).”

Park plays Xie Yu Fei, the wife of the main character Xia Xun, who is played by Chinese actor Zhang Han.

The Chinese TV drama was adapted from the eponymous popular novel by Yue Guan.

“The most popular (item) on set today was the ‘Xie Yu Fei fan,’” said Park in Chinese on Weibo, holding up a fan with a cartoon image depicting her character. “Thanks to all the fans who visited on such a hot day and prepared their presents. Thank you! You’re the best!”

“Braveness of the Ming” tells the story of a bodyguard warrior, Xia Xun, who time-travels to the Ming Dynasty period and assists the emperor in expanding his empire. The fantasy period drama is slated to premiere in early 2016.
