Lee Min-ho, one of the most popular Korean Hallyu stars in China, started Sunday to promote his upcoming movie “Bounty Hunters” to the vast Chinese film market during the Shanghai International Film Festival.

Wallace Chung, beloved mega star in China and Lee’s costar, also provided a glimpse of details surrounding the film.
“I hope we can become good friends. I suppose many a woman would feel jealous of me,” Chung joked.
As photos of the scene showcasing the leading men posted on Chinese microblog website Weibo, Lee’s fans and moviegoers in China went frantic over Lee and the movie, reaching over 3 million hits Tuesday on Weibo.
The Korean and Chinese coproduced film “Bounty Hunters,” directed by Shin Terra, will begin filming this coming August with the backdrops of Asian countries including Korea, China, Malaysia and Thailand.
