Former soccer player Ahn Jung-hwan will cohost an upcoming fashion program to be broadcast by KBS, according to industry insiders Monday.

Ahn is a world-renowned soccer player, who most notably helped South Korea reach the semi-finals during the 2002 FIFA World Cup. After retiring in 2012, the 39-year-old former athlete launched a secondary career as a TV sports commentator and television personality.

The official lineup for the fashion program will also include comedian Jeong Hyeong-don. Jeong and Ahn recently appeared on the TV sports variety program “Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education.”

Also among the host lineup are singers 2PM member Taecyeon, Sung Si-kyung, former H.O.T singer Moon Hee-joon and Kangnam.

KBS is expected to make a formal announcement about the fashion program soon.
