K-pop group member Big Bang’s fans have donated water wells to Myanmar and Cambodia in celebration of the star’s 27th birthday Monday.

Taeyang’s support group “URTHESUN” began to donate what they call “Taeyang’s water,” annually since 2012, via an international NGO called Worldshare.

“We wish people would live in a cleaner environment where they can nurture dreams and hopes,” the fans said.

Taeyang’s group Big Bang has released a comeback single on May 1, with which it stayed on the top of the Korean online charts for over 2 weeks before giving way to other returning singers.
