By Ahn Sung-mi
K-pop boy band SHINee will release its fourth full-length album “Odd” and return to the music scene, its label SM Entertainment said on Monday.
On May 18, the five-member group -- consisting of Onew, Jonghyun, Key, Minho and Taemin -- will unveil its LP both online and offline. The announcement was made through a trailer video for the upcoming album on the agency’s YouTube account.

The album arrives two years after putting out its EP “Everybody” in 2013. Despite their hiatus from the local music scene, the five boys have continued to appeal to K-pop fans with solo albums and appearances in dramas and films. Both Taemin and Jonghyun made solo debuts in August 2014, and January 2015, respectively.
SHINee is holding a three-day concert “SHINee World IV in Seoul” from May 15-17 at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul.
