Kim Hyun-joong to enlist for military service next week
Singer and actor Kim Hyun-joong will enlist for his mandatory military duty next Tuesday, according to reports.
Kim will take part in boot camp for five weeks from May 12 in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, before actively enlisting.
Kim plans to enlist "quietly," according to local reports.

Kim is said to have delayed his military service due to the legal dispute with Choi, who is about five months pregnant with his child.
Kim's lawyer said Monday that Choi recently filed a lawsuit against Kim, seeking 1.6 billion won ($1.5 million) in compensation, citing "psychological damage" from the troubled relationship with him.
All able-bodied South Korean men are subject to compulsory military service for about two years in a country still technically in a state of war with North Korea across the heavily fortified border.
Kim, 28, is a member of inactive K-pop male group SS501 and starred in the 2009 hit drama series "Boys Over Flowers."
