The identical twins of girl group Crayon Pop, Choa and Way, were featured in their first exclusive photo shoot for an article in a leading fashion magazine.

Choa and Way together form Strawberry Milk, a subunit of the girl group, and released a small-scale EP in October.

Their talent agency, however, doesn't emphasize their relationship as twins in the five-member group, according to the singers.

"We have similar personalities, tendencies and interests," said Choa, who is the older sibling. "But I'm shyer and indecisive. Way is braver and has a bold personality."

Way agreed, saying that Choa is "sensitive and cautious," even sometimes guilty of being perfectionistic. In contrast to her more organized twin, Way said she can sometimes be "over-the-top."

The two K-pop singers are close friends, with Way saying that they depend the most on each other. Their parents also feel more secure with the twins conducting musical activities together.

The 24-year-olds said they only learned to be apart from each other from middle school, from which point they were put into different classes and eventually universities.

Way majored in applied music at university, but it was Choa who first joined the girl group, which debuted in 2012. Both aspired to be singers from childhood, according to InStyle Korea fashion magazine.

Crayon Pop released its latest album "FM" last month and has a growing fan base in China.
