South Korean actor Ji Chang-wook will attend a congratulatory party sponsored by Chinese portal Sohu to mark the end of the popular TV series “Healer” in China, Ji’s management agency announced Monday.

The 27-year-old actor left for China on Sunday to take part in the end-of-the-drama party. The party will reportedly be broadcast live on Sohu.

During his four-day trip to China, Ji is scheduled to hold an autograph-signing event and attend a press conference, as well as the party.

“Healer” has been broadcast in China through Sohu following the series’ conclusion in South Korea on Feb. 10.

“We are glad that ‘Healer’ is well-received in China. Ji is looking forward to meet his fans during the event,” said an official with Ji’s agency.

Ji had been on a national tour for his musical “The Days,” featuring a story about bodyguards at the Blue House, until his departure for China. He most recently finished a performance in Daejeon and is scheduled to perform in Jinju and on Jejudo Island after returning from China in May.
