Embattled expat TV personality Enes Kaya, who was embroiled in a recent cheating scandal, will make his acting debut in an upcoming erotic thriller film this June.

Kaya was reportedly cast in a supporting role for "Perfect Proposal" before the adultery allegations surfaced in December.

A production staff member told local media on Wednesday, "Enes Kaya will appear in film scenes that have not been edited.

"If he played a very important role in the film, we might have seriously considered editing his scenes, but since that is not the case, we decided to keep the scenes for the natural flow of the film."

Kaya, who rose to popularity in the Korean talk show "Non-Summit," was mired in infidelity rumors involving several women, who claimed that the Turkish entertainer had masqueraded as a bachelor.

The 30-year-old entertainer, who has a toddler with his Korean wife, publicly apologized for the infidelity rumors while also threatening legal action against those who "maliciously distorted facts."

"Perfect Proposal" stars award-winning actress Im Soo-jung and Yoon Yeon-seok in the lead roles. The film, which hits Korean theaters in June, follows the story of a woman who finds herself caught in an illicit affair with two men while aboard a luxury yacht.
