JYJ member Yoochun showed his support for his bandmate Jaejoong Monday ahead of his enlistment.

“Jaejoong and I had a farewell party yesterday. He might be having sleepless nights before enlistment,” Yoochun said Monday at a production conference in Seoul for the new SBS drama “Sensory Couple.”

“I hope he completes his service in good health.”


Yoochun said all three JYJ members are busy focusing on their solo career, but they are keeping in contact.

“Though we cannot see each other very often, we always root for each other,” he said.

Following the conclusion of the drama “Three Days” a year ago, Yoochun will play a male lead in the upcoming rom-com “Sensory Couple.”

The drama is based on the eponymous webtoon, which follows the encounters between a man who loses his sensory abilities and a woman who has ultrasensitive perception, such as the ability to “see” smells.

The Wednesday-Thursday drama will begin airing on Wednesday at 10 p.m. after the drama “Hyde, Jekyll, Me” comes to an end.
