Actress Park Shin-hye shared a selfie Sunday with her "Pinocchio" costar Kim Young-kwang, who made a surprise onstage appearance at her fan meeting in Shanghai Saturday.

"Throughout the fan meeting yesterday, there were times when I became tearful," said Park in the selfie caption.

The actress managed to keep herself together until Kim suddenly appeared onstage.

"When this oppa came out, I thought it was a ghost," said the actress, who said she screamed from shock and burst into tears.

Park thanked Kim, who played a supporting character as a fellow reporter in the hit drama series "Pinocchio," and wished him well on his China trip.

The actress said on Instagram the Shanghai event, which was held as part of her Asian fan meeting tour "Dream of Angel," was "the happiest fan meeting" for her.

Park, 25, won praise for her lead role in the 2014-2015 drama series "Pinocchio," in which she starred beside lead actor Lee Jong-suk.

Park previously starred opposite actor Lee Min-ho in the 2013 high school drama series 'The Heirs."
