Korean romantic actor Lee Min-ho shared a selfie through Twitter on Sunday, mysteriously captioned, "Kept my promise!"

The 27-year-old star was referring to a promise he made with fans at rock band Royal Pirates' "My Everything Tour in Seoul" Encore Show last Jan. 18, when he said he would upload a selfie with a stuck-out tongue.

The photo exceeded 16,000 retweets and 27,000 favorites within 12 hours.

The noir crime film "Gangnam 1970," directed by Yoo Ha and starring Lee in an atypically sinister role, opens in Korean cinemas on Wednesday.
