Veteran singer IU on Wednesday teased the first still images of the movie “Persona,” which is to mark her debut on the big screen.

Mystic Entertainment, which came up with the idea of making the movie, unveiled four images with IU via its official social media.

In one photo, the actress stands on a tennis court in white sportswear holding a tennis racket and looking into the air fiercely.

“The original series is a challenge for the short film,” said Mystic Entertainment. “It will be interesting to watch how the four directors come up with four different stories with one main character.”

Short film series “Persona” is made up of four films: director Yim Pil-sung’s “For A Long Time,” Lee Kyung-mi’s “Love Set,” Jeon Go-woon’s “Kiss is a Sin” and Kim Jong-kwan’s “Walking the Night.” Each features IU in the main role, with differing themes and concepts.
