Model, actor Lee Soo-hyuk will play a tennis player in the new drama “Lucky Romance,” alongside actor Ryu Jun-yeol and actress Hwang Jung-eum, Lee’s agency Star J Entertainment said Wednesday.

Lee takes on the role of Choi Gun-wook, who is reunited with his first love Shim Bo-nui, played by Hwang, and develops feelings again. He will compete with Je Su-ho, played by Ryu, to win Shim’s heart.

Based on the eponymous webtoon, “Lucky Romance” will premiere in May on MBC network.
