'Shine or Go Crazy' concludes with highest TV ratings
Korean period drama "Shine or Go Crazy" concluded Tuesday with the highest viewer ratings in the country.
The popular drama series, set in the 10th century Goryeo dynasty, follows a romantic plot between Crown Prince Wang So and the Korean Balhae empire's last princess Shin Yool.

The next popular drama series, "Heard it Through the Grapevine," which aired at the same time, had a national rating of 11 percent.
"Shine or Go Crazy" kicked off in mid-January with a strong rating at 8 percent, which soon rose past the 10 percent mark, reaching its highest point at 14.4 percent for its Feb. 24 episode. The MBC series was one of the most popular during its four-month run.

Lead actress Oh Yeon-seo also rose to fame in last year's most popular weekend drama "Come! Jang Bo-ri!"
"Shine or Go Crazy" featured former Miss Korea actress Lee Ha-nui in a supporting role.
The MBC drama series will be followed by another period drama, "Splendid Politics," starring actors Cha Seung-won and Lee Yeon-hee, in the same slot on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
