SM Entertainment said it would launch a hologram musical “School OZ” at Seoul’s SMTOWN THEATRE on Jan. 14, featuring its celebrated stars.
TVXQ’s Changmin plays a mysterious perfectionist called Oscar, SHINee’s Key will take up the role of a suave man named David.
Among other cast members, f(x)’s Luna plays a witch, EXO’s Suho and Xiumin are assigned as an elf and his loyal sidekick.
Red Velvet’s Seulgi joins the cast as a naive Dorothy, whose disappearance steers the musical’s plot in an important way.

SNSD’s Yoona and Super Junior’s Leeteuk are to make special appearances to add to the star-studded casts.
The musical’s title suggests a link to L. Frank Baum’s novel “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz,” but it tells a different tale of fantasy, in which black witches and noble wizards fight each other to stay ahead. To restore harmony in the power struggle, a wizard named Oz sets up a school of magic.
SMTOWN THEATRE’s concert hall is equipped with an extra-large screen and seats surrounding it on three sides.
