Liveworks Co. trainees Lee Ru-bin and Chin Sung-ho, former contestants of idol audition program “Mix Nine,” teased their upcoming debut.

The two hinted at their debut in handwritten letters on their personal Instagram accounts.

Ru-bin’s letter said, “We’ll meet fans in a team of five, consisting of Sung-ho hyung and I, as well as three others.” Hyung is a Korean honorific used by men to refer to older male peers.

Lee ranked No. 3 on the TV program “Mix Nine,” but did not debut as the program’s producer, YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun-suk, announced that the final group’s debut would be canceled. Chin also participated in the show but was not a finalist.

Following the trainees’ announcements, Liveworks Co. released profile photos of Ru-bin, Sung-ho (stage name BC), Jin-woo, Jung-hoon and Je-hyun.

Although the new group’s name has yet to be announced, the trainees are currently referred to as “Team LWZ,” an abbreviation for Team Liveworks.
