FNC Entertainment, a talent agency that manages a slew of K-pop artists, most notably F.T. Island, CNBLUE and AOA, has launched a new girl group: Cherry Bullet.

The agency posted a group photo of the 10-member act on social media Sunday. The band members all wear white T-shirts and jeans for a classic look in this first-ever group photo.

The name of the up-and-coming girl group has already become one of the most frequent search terms on South Korean portal Naver and Chinese blogging website Weibo.

Hae-yoon, one of the members, made it to the live finale of Mnet’s audition show “Produce 101.” The other nine are Yuju, Mirae, Bora, Jiwon, Kokoro, Remi, Chaerin, Linlin and May.

Cherry Bullet will make its official debut early next year. Prior to its debut, a reality show featuring the group will air every Wednesday at 7 p.m. on Mnet starting Nov. 28. The show is titled “Insider Channel: Cherry Bullet.”

“Cherry Bullet will be the newcomers to succeed AOA,” said an FNC Entertainment representative.
