Hip-hop groups swaggered on the red carpet of the 2014 Mnet Asian Music Awards in Hong Kong on Wednesday.

Big Bang member G-Dragon and Taeyang mixed and matched the vibe of hip-hop and western look. G-Dragon’s unique jacket highlighted his fashion style.



Hip-hip crew Illionaire -- Dok2 and The Quiet -- had a swagger with hip-hip caps and hoodie. Illionaire made a collaboration stage with iKON rapper Bobby.



Hip-hip trio Epik High comparatively showed a gentle look with long black coats. Epik High also had a special performance with WINNER member Song Min-ho and Bobby who featured its song “Born Hater.”



Rapper VASCO also exuded manly charisma in an all-black look.

Under the theme of “Music over TV,” the annual awards chose 17 artists who showed active career this year.

EXO, WINNER, G-DragonXTaeyang, Sistar, IU, Infinite, Girls’ Day, Block B and other groups performed on the stage. Globally renowned singer John Legend also showed up at the awards.
