Kyuhyun keeps promise of Gwanghwamun concert

Super Junior’s Kyuhyun kept his promise to fans when he made a surprise visit to Gwanghwamun in central Seoul last week.
The promise was that if his solo debut single “At Gwanghwamun” topped the charts, he would go to the heart of Seoul, and sing the song live there.

The song topped Korean and some Asian music charts after its release on Nov. 13. It also topped five music TV programs including Mnet’s “M Countdown,” KBS2’s “Music Bank,” MBC’s “Show! Music Center” and MBC Music’s “Show! Champion.”
“At Gwanghwamun” has continued to rank No.1 on Melon’s Real-time chart until Sunday.
