Suga of BTS took to V Live from his own studio, keeping fans up to date on his guitar-learning progress.

He acknowledged that he had a perm recently and joked that his black suit is his sleepwear, before pulling out a guitar to practice.

“I just practiced a little so I won’t stay long,” he told viewers in advance.

He saw a fan asking when he would play “Dynamite” with his guitar and instantly obliged. There were too many high chords in the intro and he is not yet ready to play those, he said afterward with a sheepish grin.

The guitar he was playing is a Martin he uses for practice, and he has a few more, some exclusively for recording, he said. He murmured to himself about what song he should play and chortled when a viewer requested “Mikrokosmos,” emphasizing that he has only been learning to play the instrument for two months.

Stray Kids’ Felix talks candidly with fans

(Naver's V Live)

Felix of Stray Kids livestreamed on his own for the second time, following his birthday about five weeks ago.

The performer had a light dinner, saying if he eats to his content in the evening he tends to regret it later lest he gain weight. He was quick to assure viewers, though, that he is very healthy and is watching his diet only because he himself wants to shed some pounds.

It has been a while since his first solo live broadcast, he agreed. He has been busy practicing and picked up the piano recently. He learned the instrument when he was young, but quit after about two years and moved on to taekwondo, which he practiced for as long as 12 years.

“I’m not that good (at piano) as it’s been too long,” said the grimacing idol, “but when I get a little better, I will let you have a listen.”

Meanwhile, the band has wrapped up promotions for “Back Door,” the lead track from its reissued first full-length album.

“I have to admit that it was slightly hard on me not being able to see you in person,” he confided.

Blackpink performs “Lovesick Girls” on US TV

(Naver's V Live)

Blackpink uploaded a video clip of its “Lovesick Girls” performance that was streamed straight to “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Tuesday, local time.

With the host of the late-night talk show’s introduction, the camera zoomed in on Jennie, who stepped out from a convertible -- a pink one, of course. The rest of the quartet joined one by one, walking to the center of the stage lit with neon signs spelling out the band’s name and the song title in the fashion of a retro diner.

The live performance was accompanied by an interview via video link, also live from Seoul, including a question about the on-the-nose album title, “The Album.”

“We had a bunch of ideas,” Rose said, but “we decided to go with something that just described it the best: ‘Blackpink: The Album’ sounded straightforward.”

New of the Boyz takes personality test

(Naver's V Live)

New of the Boyz hung out with fans via Naver’s V Live in the wee hours.

He needs to keep a mask on because his face is slightly puffy, the star said.

He went through comments from viewers and when he came across one that asked him about the SPTI test, a spinoff of MBTI personality test using snacks as the theme, he searched it up online and started taking it straight away.

“I’m not sure what I’d do, I keep changing my mind,” he muttered, adding that he does not even have a favorite snack. He quickly went through all the questions, though, and chuckled reading the results that said he belongs to the most introverted type. Seeing that type does not like meeting new people, he stopped and said that he would not read it anymore since it was too extreme.

“Even the first sentence makes me feel bad,” said the idol, but curiosity got the best of him. He agreed enthusiastically with the next part, though, which said the type tends to give out stiff first impressions.
