K-pop girl group EXID will hold a special live broadcast ahead of the release of its new single "Lady" at 5:30 p.m. Monday.

The new album will mark the act’s first release since its single “DDD” in November last year. Solji, who has been recovering from surgery after being diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in December 2016, will not participate in the new album.

Ever since Solji has been on a break for treatment, EXID has been promoting as a four-piece band since March last year. Though she was absent for the group’s “Full Moon” album promotion last year, Solji participated in the album by recording the songs. She then underwent surgery for exophthalmos, a symptom which can occur among hyperthyroidism patients, thereby halting all activities again.
