Boy band NCT U shared anecdotes from the filming of the music video for its track “Yestoday” in a live broadcast held via Naver’s V app Saturday.

“Yestoday” is a track from the group’s project album “NCT 2018 Empathy” released on March 14.

“The filming method of the music video was fake one-take,” Doyoung said. “The one-take that more or less seems like a single take, but it’s actually not.”

The NCT U bandmates said as the video was filmed in such method, they had to wait for hours after filming a scene.

Mark expressed his impression about filming with an animal.

“In the teaser video, there’s something that quickly passes by -- a lizard,” Mark said. “I won’t say much (not to spoil about the music video) but we filmed with that animal in some scenes.”

“I once got to touch it,” he said. “The feeling was really unique so that was really impressive.”
