K-pop girl group Twice took to the V app Sunday to release the first episode of the band’s web reality show “Twice TV 2018.”

The episode showed the group’s fan signing event of the day it wrapped up public promotions for the album “#Twicetagram” and lead track “Likey.”

“The weather is so cold today and thank you for coming here to see us nevertheless,” Jihyo said at the beginning of the event.

“It was the last music show for ‘Likey,’ and we won the show!” Nayeon added excitedly.

During the broadcast, the Twice bandmates actively communicated with fans, wearing hairbands and accessories presented by fans and trying out interesting toys such as an instant voice changer and cash cannon.

“We were supported a lot from the beginning to the end. We can truly feel the power of (Twice fan club) Once. We always feel so grateful,” Tzuyu said in wrapping up the event.

“I was so glad that we could wrap up (the promotion) so happily like this. Thank you Once!” Mina exclaimed.

Vernon of boy band Seventeen talked on his “gomoko diary,” a V app video showed Sunday.

In the video, which showed an interview with the group, he was asked whether he knew that his diary had become popular among fans.

“At a fan signing event, a Carat asked me to write a diary. So I wrote in a stream of consciousness without much thinking, but that became popular online,” Vernon explained, using the band’s term for its fans.

“I wish to spend my time more wisely. I want to become an adult. I wish to become like my parents and make my parents proud. But I just play gomoko on my phone,” the diary read. Gomoko is a strategy board game that uses the Go board and pieces.

“I like simple games and I think gomoko is the simplest game I’ve ever played. So I can keep playing it,” the singer said.

When asked to record a video message for Big Bang’s G-Dragon, who is also known for playing the game, the Seventeen member said, “First, I have been a big fan of yours since I was young and I admire you very much. If I ever get a chance, I wish to play gomoko with you.”
