Mimi of Gugudan shared her birthday and New Year’s plans via Naver’s V app Monday.

Born on Jan. 1, Mimi appeared excited as she discussed preparations for her birthday party as well as the start of a new beginning.

“I plan on celebrating the new year by attending a bell-ringing ceremony. As for my birthday, I always wanted to cook for my fellow bandmates and plan to throw a fun party. Also, I will be visiting my family and will prepare a home-cooked meal for them as well,” the singer said.

A photographer took pictures of Mimi as she posed for the camera with various items, such as books, a wine glass and heart-shaped sunglasses.

“It’s already my second birthday celebration since my debut with Gugudan. I am extremely happy that I get to celebrate and spend time with my best friends,” she said.

Mimi wrapped up the broadcast by requesting “more love and support for Gugudan in 2018.”
